Dr. Duffy's CBD Online Shipping Policy

We ship our products to all 50 states. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM MDT, excluding holidays).
Orders placed during special promotions, after 5:00 on Friday, weekends or on a holiday will ship the next business day. We do not ship on national holidays. We ship using the USPS.

Return policy

Returns are allowed within 5 days.
Returns must be unopened.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, but once received every effort will be made to process the refund within 24 hours.
All refunds require RMA.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.

To initiate a refund, send an email to [email protected]. Once you receive a confirmation email for the return, you may ship the products. The product return address will be communicated in the email. You will receive a refund within 14 days from when we receive the item.
